99p horror films?

Looks like Sony have had enough of all this Christmas Cheer and are offering selected classic Horror Films from the PSN Video Store for a whopping 99p. i’ve not had the chance to check it out (being at work and all)  so I don’t know if thats to buy or rent. If its to buy definitely worth a download to add to your film library. As far as I can gather the only films on offer that I know off are CandyMan 2 Farewell to the Flesh, Evil Behind You, Poltergeist 3. There may be more but thats all I know for now. If anyone is at home and is on the PSN have a little look and let me know so I can update the blog.

All good things must come to and end…

Well, not very much Christmas cheer from sony this year by the looks of this ARTICLE . Looks like the brilliant and free Playstation Network could be becoming a paid for service like that of Xbox Live. Is this a good thing? possibly, looks like they’re just adding extra features to the current free service, so if you have the wonger, then why not.

Something To Do At Home

At last!! seems that there is something worth while doing on the Playstation Home Platform. I always found this venture a little pointless and so far hasn’t lived up to the hype or potential, granted I haven’t been on it for ages,  but this release could change all that. Check out the blog, and find out if this would make you log into home a lot more, or, make it so good that you won’t log out of home. I personally would like to see Warhawk implemented into Home somehow. That would be the nuts

PSN Comics Launched

Sony has launched its Digital Comics service on the PlayStation Network, which allows you to flick through loads of comics using your PSP.

“PlayStation Network launched a new digital comics service for the PSP system today,” explained Grace Chen, senior manager of the PlayStation Store. “As you already know, PSP firmware update v6.20 included a Digital Comics reader application that is accessible under the Extras icon on the XMB.

“Starting today, you can access hundreds of digital comics on PlayStation Store, directly on the PSP or via MediaGo (on the PC). You will notice a new ‘tab’ for comics, next to the game and video tabs.”

Sounds good, if you like that sort of thing. What do you all think?
